Marine Matters UK Charter can cater for all occasions from family days out and birthdays to corporate events where multiple boats are required. Many exciting events will be coming to The Solent in 2008. There are many favorites like Cowes Week, Round The Island Race and the Little Britain Challenge Cup. There really is something for everybody.

Round The Island Race. The only race where you'll see so many boats racing on the same course. From the oldest to the newest and slowest to fastest this is a great day out for all with the riot of colours impossible to describe. 2nd - 8th August |
Cowes Week. This event virtually speaks for itself. A week of some of the most furious sail racing in the world for all sizes of boats from dinghies to the most famous racing boats. From a motor cruiser you get to see all the events as they happen before going ashore in Cowes to enjoy the atmosphere and celebrations. 8th August |
The Cowes Week fireworks. The spectacular fireworks to mark the end of Cowes Week are only part of the excitement. The promenade and beach will be packed with islanders and boats are anchored in close proximity allowing the atmosphere to flow between them. | 23rd - 24th August | Cowes Powerboat Festival. The international flavour returns to Cowes with the arrival of race teams from countries all over Europe, promising a full view of the most popular race being run in the UK today. |
| 11th - 13th September | Little Britain Challenge Cup. This event is increasing in size and popularity year on year; some regard as only second to Cowes Week. Whatever your view point you are assured of a great day out watching the challenges faced by the Little Britain fleet, whilst enjoying your drinks in the sunshine aboard your Motor Cruiser for the day. Of course there is plenty celebrating to be had once back on terra firma in Cowes. So whatever you have in mind you'll most likely find it at Little Britain. www.littlebritain.co.uk |
| 12th - 21st September | Southampton International Boat Show. The largest on water boat show in Europe is a spectacular event not to be missed. Marine Matters UK will be running short Champagne Cruises to the show for you to experience it from the water. www.southamptonboatshow.com |
We have a number Sealine F42/5 boats available as well as a selection of sports boats and fly bridge vessels. All our boats are more than capable of dealing with the events that occur on The Solent throughout the year. If you cannot see what you would like get in touch with us.
